Pro Green Carpet cleaning is excellent! Their prices are very reasonable and they are extremely professional! They did not try to “sell” me add ons they were truly not needed! I had a quote and that was what I paid! They called about 10 minutes before they arrived, went over the areas that I... wanted to have cleaned, and immediately started work! This was my first experience with Pro Green Carpet and it was great! I will be calling them back to have them do some other services they offer that will improve the exterior and interior of our home!!read more

In addition to steam cleaning our carpets, we had our carpets stretched in three rooms. This is a wonderful feature that makes wall-to-wall carpets regain their original fitting. It is hard to find someone who does this well---ProGreen carpet does it skillfully.

They came extremely promptly, 24 hours after I made the call. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with. The couch used to be white but had been taken over by multiple dogs over the years. Not extravagant promises were made and I just wanted it to be clean and... oderless. The outcome far exceeded my expectations. He was in and out in just over an hour. Highly recommend.read more

I used them to clean 2 large rugs. They were very responsive and communicative. They were very clear about what I could expect and delivered on what they said was possible. Incredibly happy with them and will use in the future. Many thanks.

The staff was able to give me a quick and reasonable quote over the phone based on the number of spaces and total square footage of the house.The day of the cleaning the staff walked through the property with me and explained the process. The cleaning took 40 minutes and 8 hours of drying. The... staff member did voice concern about my particular carpet due to old stains, however he was successful in removing all the stains!!!I would highly recommend ProGreen Carpet to people I know for a similar service.read more

We had them for power washing - they were great quality, professional and nice, and fast.We also used them when one of aquariums accidentally flooded one of our rooms, and they were fantastic at showing up for an emergency water/floor/carpet crisis and saved our rugs and floors. They've been... nothing but great so far, and we will use them again.read more

I needed an emergency cleaning done thanks to a sick puppy and Mauricio and his colleague (whose name I have forgotten - I’m sorry!), did an amazing job! They were professional, understanding, quick and patient with a little water snafu. The stains are gone and my carpets look and smell brand new!... Thank you!!read more
